Our hope and our dream was to, one day, adopt a child from Africa. This has been a dream for 16 years. Our dream became a reality in May of 2005.

The road to our dream wasn't easy. Financially we needed to raise $25,000 to bring our son home. We went about raising money a number of ways, from applying for matching grants, garage sales, and from the most unlikely of places...the shower. (you can read more about our story here)

Our dream is to see a community of adoptive families rallying around each other and supporting each other. Families supporting one another and joining resources. Together, we can bring each other's children home.
